    My main responsibility was being the lead project manager of a development program. The program was designed by my team for our high potential managers with the goal of developing their skill set to prepare them for the director level. I was the main point of contact to our HRBP's when they had questions about new programs and initiatives and was the point of contact for analyzing data. I held multiple projects but the one I enjoyed most was analyzing data of all sales employees and making executive ready presentations to influence the key actions that needed to happen to better support our people. Additionally I supported succession planning at the SVP level, assess our executive talent, collected executive peer and team feedback to ensure successful conversation with their leaders.
