I supported 3VPS and 1 SVP and their orgs as a consultant, that combined have roughly 700+ employees. Some main responsibilities are but not limited to: gathering data needed in order to help decision making, answer many day to day questions, consultant for rules and Dell initiatives, workforce reductions, ER cases. Main projects I have worked: assessing our talent, analyzed data of 3,000+ employees and put together action playbook for the org to action on, put together a playbook for all people managers with resources to help them lead and support their teams, Initiating a mentor program for our top talent.

My main responsibility was being the lead project manager of a development program. The program was designed by my team for our high potential managers with the goal of developing their skill set to prepare them for the director level. My responsibilities included: working with many vendors, managing a $80,000 budget, identifying a diverse amount of development content over the course of the year, planning a 3 day in person conference and supporting the 80 participants through their development path. The other main responsibilities of the role included supporting our senior level HRBP's and top executive leaders in the org to ensure their businesses were supported. This included taking initiatives from our talent and culture team, D&I teams etc and driving their work into the business. I was the main point of contact to our HRBP's when they had questions about new programs and initiatives and was the point of contact for analyzing data. I held multiple projects but the one I enjoyed most was analyzing data of all sales employees and making executive ready presentations to influence the key actions that needed to happen to better support our people. Additionally I supported succession planning at the SVP level, assess our executive talent, collected executive peer and team feedback to ensure successful conversation with their leaders.

• Created a toolkit for managers on how to keep candidate’s interested in Dell, by compiling research on trends of Millennial needs and collaborating with many recent hires, to decrease hiring related costs.• Analyzed data on candidates hired over the last year, to inform decisions on where to best spend money to retain the best talent.• Created a toolkit for recruiters and Dell employees on how to best use social media when going to campus, to ensure company reputation and awareness of hiring opportunities.• Collaborated with 12 colleagues to analyze data and research on how to better recruit, on board and retain desired talent.

• Communicated with approximately 100 clients per day, adapting to different personalities to help solve their financial needs• Exceeded company goals with average quality scores 15% above goal, resulting in being ranked in the top 10% of consultants out of 200 plus employees• Determined customer’s problem by navigating ambiguity and provided options in order to improve financial well-being and efficient use of time• Deescalated heightened customer concerns to increase organizational effectiveness and decrease workload of upper management

• Oversaw all details of choosing and registering DENSO for 15 career fairs in order to attract the best talent, while managing a small budget• Developed a survey based on the needs and expectations of millennials for 120 summer students, to increase job satisfaction and retain the most sought after students• Emphasized behavioral principles while taking part in the safety committee, focusing on what drives an employee to want to practice safe behaviors• Organized and collaborated with the recruiting team to coordinate a career fair that attracted and retained 200 plus employees

• Reduced company dairy waste in an ethical manner by generating an organizational system that decreased waste by 15%• Managed 5 employees on a nightly basis by delegating jobs and overseeing responsibilities were completed in an efficient manner, while exceeding customer service expectations• Led training for cashiers to increase their speed by targeting critical behaviors, leading to greater customer satisfaction• Trained 10 new dairy employees on best practices for prioritizing jobs, while keeping customer needs the number one priority
