At this wealth management firm, I work within the operations team to deliver the best red-carpet experience for our clients. This role allows me to assist customers in many areas including financial transactions, online portal access, account management (ex. opening new accounts, updating existing accounts, & processing account paperwork). In this role, I also assist the financial advisors with a variety of tasks, like pulling detailed financial reports, setting up client meetings, and documenting client information. Another part of this role includes using graphic design skills to develop informational handouts for clients and refresh our marketing materials. Every aspect of my job revolves around ensuring our clients always have a positive experience with myself, my team, and our company. As a company, we keep our client's best interest at the forefront of everything we do.

At OpenDental I worked to provide technical and program support to dental offices worldwide. I worked with offices who used the OpenDental software to help them schedule appointments, fix & send insurance claims, balance patient accounts, run reports, and chart procedures. On the more technical side, I helped with bridges & program links, address Adobe issues, identify network connectivity issues, and fix formatting problems within the software.

I worked with this company to provide excellent customer service to uplift women of all sizes by helping them find the perfect clothing options for them. Besides providing customer service, I also worked in management to lead my team to make sales, promote our brand & deals, revamp the layout of the store, plan the monthly schedules, ensure the register amounts were correct, and prep the store before opening.

Worked a few months as a picker during the start of the pandemic to fill online grocery orders for customers.

Served up coffee with a smile! Started as a barista and made my way up to a shift lead, where I was put in charge of money orders, stocking & reordering necessary inventory based on our sales needs, interviewing potential employees, and training new baristas!
