As the Lead Brand Champion at Marco's Franchising LLC, I am passionate about creating and sustaining a positive and cohesive culture for the brand that has grown to over 1,100+ locations. I lead the development and continuation of the 'Passion for Primo' program, which aims to empower and engage employees at the corporate office and store level.
