Responsible for overall member satisfaction.Provide customer service to members and team members in a friendly and professional manner.Process member and team member paperwork; including member cancellations, updates, new hires/terminations/status changes, and payroll paperwork.Serve as liaison with corporate Member Relations department.Reconcile cash drawer and make daily deposits. Manage, interpret and research Profit and Loss variances.Maintain office equipment and orders necessary office supplies; organize and maintain club files; prepare outgoing mail and faxes.

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and supervision of the Member Services department including Front Desk, Account Services and Activity Center desks, and adult programming.Establish genuine relationships with members, and connect all members to their interests groups through management of myEvent activities and customization of the e-newsletter for the club.Communicate regularly with members to engage them in all programs and interest groups via in-person, web, individual, and e-newsletter email communication.Coordinate, facilitate and execute member events (i.e. Toyota Venza/Sienna, Kids Spooktacular, Member Appreciation Candle Light Dinner, Out Door Cycle Class, Fun Run at Phoenix Zoo).Market, promote, and sell programs and services throughout the club. Partner with Member Engagement Advisors, Fitness and Kids Activities managers in particular, along with interest group leads to promote programs.Ensure all team members develop and maintain personalized relationships with members and add value to the memberships by providing accurate information on programs, products, and services.

Instruct children ages 6mos-13 years in basic and advanced water programs.Provide exceeding customer service to families through professional swim instruction, swim analysis and registrations.Supervise all instructors in water and ensure child safety.

Responsible for providing high-quality care to all patients/customers.Greet patients and family members.Perform general clerical duties including preparing, compiling and maintaining records.Order supplies, complete diet orders and various other computer and paperwork duties.Act as a station receptionist. Proficient in typing skills and order entry.Maintains positive communications between co-workers, ancillary departments, physicians, patients, guests, families and visitors, other departments and the community.Provide direct patient care under the direct supervision of the Nurse.

Monitor revenue and expenses report on a daily basisManage budget by planning, forecasting, and monitoring revenue for each department.Review monthly reconciliation and non-revenue budgets.Monitor supplies and expenses for each department.Calculate payroll data and cost of goods.Build relationships with local civic groups and governments to encourage community involvement.Greet members, cultivate member relationships, and encourage member connectivity by promoting an engaging and welcoming environment.Serve as Life Time Fitness ambassador to the community; continuously promote Life Time Fitness program, products, and services.
