As a mental health enthusiast, I strive everyday to understand and overcome the hurdles of dealing with mental and behavioral disorders. With my current background in Behavioral Analysis I went from dealing with my own challenges to assisting those that struggle with theirs, My main goal is to bring happiness and support to those in need. I currently have 10 years customer service experience, developing skills in problem solving and coordinating with teams, this lead me into 2+ years of procurement experience. As a Psychology student with a bachelors in applied behavioral analysis I am currently studying for my Masters in I/O psychology.I am a current I/O Psychology Student who I wanting to break into the human resource role. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Purdue University. During this time I studied various forms of therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy (HT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). My background also includes training in Mental Disorders dealing with depression, anxiety and personality disorder as well as training in Behavior Intervention Planning (BIP). Currently working on my Masters in I/O psychology which is giving me the knowledge of how to apply psychology in the workforce to ensure all employees are set up for success in their careers.
