I directly support and enable Cloudera's Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to increase engagement, retention, belonging and inclusion, and decrease attrition. In addition to supporting ERGs, I've created, developed, and scaled Cloudera’s Supplier Diversity Program to increase diverse supplier spend year over year, and maintain customer satisfaction. I directly supply Tier 2 Diverse Spend reports to customers, with those customers' revenue totaling more than $100million. I engage in both tactical and strategic initiatives, including conceptualization, implementation, communications, and feedback evaluation for program and process rollout for each of the programs I manage and assist with. I've been able to develop and implement programs that align with the belief that diversity of background, experiences and thought should be celebrated, and that diverse companies are better companies.Within the DE+ I team, I manage multiple work streams for support and execution of DE+I initiatives, collaborating across teams and departments to evolve, evaluate and improve on current People programs. I strategize with the team to create roll out plans, communication plans and project plans for these programs that ensure equitable development of underrepresented employees. As our organization involved the crises and personal information of students, I had to be adept at handling confidential and sensitive information.Every year I had the opportunity to lead aspects of the end-of-year celebration that would serve over 300 students.
