Sack Summer Hunger is a seasonal program offered by Metrocrest Services to provide food to children who benefit from the free and reduced lunch program during the school year. In 2017, Metrocrest Services distributed 157,800 meals through Sack Summer Hunger. I was responsible for leading groups of volunteers at the warehouse location, in which I was often the only Metrocrest representative on-site. I gave instructional presentations and facilitated the entire process of putting together donation bags.
