Responsibility for successful delivery of technology component of Touch 'n Go’s projects through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting during each phase of the project cycle (Agile & Waterfall).Similar to previous role with addition role managing Agile project and knowledge sharing to junior project manager. Main project delivered:1. MyRapid migration – enhance TNG system from the card creation process (mifare card initializing and encoding) to have fully functional as RapidKL’s MyRapid card but in TNG based card.2. My50/My100 – enable government initiative monthly pass restricted to IC holder only at front-end (TNG Point of Sales) with real time back-end reporting to Prasarana Malaysia Berhad.3. MRT CORP PARK N' RIDE – implementation of new site MRT Park n’ Ride Kwasa Sentral and Kwasa Damansara using TNG payment mode. (enjoy flat rate at parking after used the TNG card at MRT).4. Paydirect – enable TNG eWallet ABT (account based transaction) at highway GCE, AKLEH, NPE, BESRAYA, JKSB, BORR.5. TNG POS system – 12 enhancements from 2015 to 2019 to support new business requirement and expansion.6. TNG RFID Backend – replacing old backend built by vendors with in-house development, centralize backend; reducing significant annual operational and change request cost.

Responsibility for successful delivery of technology component of Touch 'n Go’s projects through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting during each phase of the project cycle involves following:• Overall project management and coordination activities.• Develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide support including facilitation, tracking and reporting.• Ensure all assigned projects comply with the project governance and Touch 'n Go special requirements.• Tracking and management of assigned project’s timeline and financial.• Escalation of assigned projects issues to the relevant parties.• Ensure project management documentations, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete.• Ensure timely reporting of weekly and adhoc project status.• Maintain up-to-date overall understanding of the high-level technology solution and architecture of Touch 'n Go.

Role: Technical Trainer•Remain same responsibility and job scope as previous position - Senior Customer Service Engineer•Focus on multiple systems, research and analysis; and design techniques to solve new problem and new requirement.•Developing and inspired the team members to overcome new challenges and to get them ready for new role.Project: GST Implementation on Shell Retail Stations (May 2014 - May 2015)Customer:Shell MalaysiaRole:Technical Team Lead-Work with the customer and application vendor (NCR) on the new patches and processes.-Perform test, root cause analysis, and propose workaround to the customer.-Assist customer on technical decision during pilot, deployment and post-deployment.-Provide daily update to customer and manage man power distribution during the deployment.-Assist Hyper Care task for Post GST Go Live 1st April 2015

Bhd.•Lead, coordinated and trained all staff based on training module.•Coordinated with account managers, project managers and service delivery managers for any updates, changes or new implementation that require knowledge transfer/training to all staff.•Monitored all staff's competency on respective job scope through GAP Analysis.•Managed the training documents as requirement and compliance with ISO20K Audit annually.•Maintained the Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) for the Hard Skill Training Unit.•Performed functional and regression test on the new system and new release. Role: Field Engineer/Customer Engineer•Attend daily onsite support of Retail Automation System for PETRONAS, Petron, Chevron (Caltex) and Shell Service station.•Attend daily onsite support of Hospitality Point of Sale system for Gloria Jean’s Café.•Responsible for daily PC support and as a Focal Point for Quick Service Restaurant (KFC, Pizza Hut & Ayamas).•Performed onsite preventive maintenance for customers mentioned above.•Carried out Ad-hoc task as per client request e.g. install, move, add and commission of site system

•Improved assembly process by managing new tool installation - System Wrench Tool by Sunrise Industrial Supplies Sdn. Bhd.•Introduced new torque meter, Tonichi Digital Torque Meter and organize training to the operators about this new torque meter. Retrain SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for torque analyzer.•Perform activities and task based on SQDCM (safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale).•Monitored and reviewed production rate and problem occur for night shift and day shift together with other staffs.•Exposed to TPS (Toyota Production System), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), JIT (Just In Time)
