As a manager for this past summer, I experienced first-hand on how to supervise 50+ lifeguards for a course of 4 months. In this job, I had the responsibility of overlooking the entire pool, admissions and concession workers, and patrons as well. I worked closely with my supervisor in order to successfully manage the facility. I also provided appreciable customer service with patrons every single day.
