Senior Cricket, Athletics and Cross Country

Facilitating and progressing the girls cricket program at Caulfield Grammar. Through this role, I am always evaluating how the program is progressing by brainstorming ways to keep the sport engaging and break down barriers for girls playing the sport. Involves managing coaches, evaluating and reporting to senior members of the faculty, creating rosters and staying on top of administration matters.
