Responsible for the landlord service, performance and customer satisfaction for that area whilst contributing collaboratively towards strategic, corporate, business and hub objectives to enable Catalyst to be a top quartile performer and the landlord of choiceI provide a multi-tenure, housing and tenancy management landlord service, ensuring that Catalyst is not only customer and property focussed but also commercially disciplinedI am the proactive single point of contact for all of Catalyst’s services, patch ensuring the provision of appropriate, accessible, high quality, value for money housing, repairs, estate and tenancy management services to customers of all tenuresI keep an open case load of service issues, for which you will work collaboratively acrossI address and resolve efficiently, effectively and successfullyI ensure the effective and efficient management of Catalyst assets, properties and tenancies and support the delivery of legislative and regulatory compliant landlord servicesI work flexibly as part of a wider team led by the Head of Housing Operations to help deliverI am largely self-managing: working autonomously, and taking responsibility for all Catalyst services, ensuring that all customers – leaseholders, tenants, freeholders – receive an effective, professional and value for money serviceI oversee the progressing and processing tenancy related matters- viewings, sign ups, mutual exchanges, successions, assignment requests etc.I manage, maintain and action a caseload of customer enquiries whether estate, housing, tenancy, low/ medium priority ASB cases as well as complaints whilst ensuring that different parts of the business are addressing issues/problems and delivering appropriate services in a timely and cost effective manner

• I work in a team of 10 officers, managing a patch of 125 properties within the Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham;• I provide a full housing service to tenants including ordering and managing repairs, allocations, transfers, voids, rent collection and dealing with tenancy and neighbourhood issues;• I deal with a number of environmental issues in relation to anti-social behaviour such as noise nuisance, litter, fly tipping, dog fouling, graffiti etc;• I manage a budget of £500,000 to address the housing needs of residents;• I am the main point of contact for residents and personally accountable for delivering services to residents on my designated patch;• I liaise with external agencies to support vulnerable tenants and resolve any pending issues.

• I managed a variable caseload of customer management issues which involved frequent liaison with internal and external partners and agencies;• I worked intensively with customers to resolve problems arising from nuisance and I support neighbourhood officers in developing our key estates within the Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham to combat issues relating to anti-social behaviour;• I dealt with issues relating to tenancy and legal status including succession, illegal assignment and squatters. I also prepare court papers, including particulars of claims, witness statements and applications for injunctions and personally represent Notting Hill Housing in these cases at court.

I deal with types of crime in conjunction with the Metropolitan Police Service who is based in our offices.. I record and deal positively with all incidents of anti-social behaviour covering three wards in Southall.. I co-ordinate a positive and effective response to all incidents of domestic violence and the provision of the correct services to victims and offenders. I co-ordinate a unified response to the investigation of hate crime in all its forms, and for identifying resources and services for victims and witnesses. I view CCTV on a regular basis to solve issues of anti-social behaviour and take legal action by way of obtain injunction and evictions. . I complete joined-up working tasks with the police, immigration, licensing, food safety, envirocrime and pollution control.
