Lead integration of reimagined offerings within new business, creative leadership, and integrated account, strategy, and project management leadership.- Co-manage and mentor cross-disciplinary teams, including the creative team, project managers, and other operational support roles. Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture that champions creativity while maintaining operational excellence.- Work closely with creative directors, account, project, and production leads to ensure that all creative deliverables are executed efficiently, of the highest quality, within scope, and on time. Facilitate smooth communication across departments and remove barriers to success.- Creative resource management- Collaborate with executive leadership and account leadership to ensure scope of work (SOW) proposals accurately reflect creative hours and maintain agency profit.- Continuously assess and refine operational practices to keep the agency at the forefront of creative excellence.- Work closely with executive and senior leadership to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded. Participate in key client planning meetings to consult creative allocation and services strategy.- Manage creative hiring and onboarding of full-time and freelance art directors, designers, and copywriters, selecting top talent with award-winning creative work.
