It was my duty as a Cabin Crew Purser to manage and coordinate all cabin operations activities and resolve all issues on board regarding customer service. I was responsible for carrying out pre-flight duties, including safety equipment checks, aircraft presentation standards, a pre-flight stock take of refreshments and duty free sales. I collaborated with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of flights to ensure customer satisfaction, punctuality and safety was of the upmost prority, I also provided leadership, direction, and assistance during an emergency, including aircraft evacuation, administering first aid to ill or incapacitated customers, and other unusual incidents. Furthermore, I operated mechanical equipment and safety equipment to include; stairs, oxygen systems, aircraft doors, evacuation slides, fire extinguishers, life rafts, galley equipment, communications equipment, and lighting systems. I was also tasked with conducting cabin crew pre-flight briefings and delegating duties and familiarising with flight details, schedules, and special requirements. Utilising my leadership skills, I coached and provided guidance, motivation and supervision to cabin crew members in navigating their responsibilities. As part of my duties, I regularly completed assessments and de-briefs for the crew.Aside from these duties, I ensured knowledge and strict adherence to company procedures, policies, flying rules and regulations.

Additionally, I conducted thorough aircraft pre-flight and post-flight procedures, ensuring a safe journey. At the end of a flight, I ensured passengers disembarked safely and checked that there was no luggage left in the overhead lockers.
