Worked in a team of 3-4 on many different job sites in Colorado1) The first phase of my internship, I was doing closeout activities for a newly renovated mining office. See below for some of the activities that were coordinated:• Scanning and coring for reception desks• Installing whiteboards• Patchwork / painting• Moving networks / data outlets to more desired locationsWhile learning some coordination skills, I was getting familiar with a tracking software called ProCore which I ended up perfecting.2) I worked on two other offices that included very complicated and up to date designs. I was able to practice my Bluebeam Revu and Excel skills I learned from school and apply them to submittals and other sorts of tracking which were very prevalent tasks during my internship.Other activities I did:• Answered questions the architect or other subcontractors had regarding the project• Made submittals, subcontracts and MSA's• Followed up with subcontractors and suppliers regarding material tracking• Took meeting minutes during our weekly meetings with the architect, owner, and other subcontractors• Made weekly progress reports and meeting packages for the OAC's• Made sure to visit the site at least 2 or 3 times a week

• Shadowed a concrete project manager - contact provided at request• Worked on a 65-acre parking lot at DIA- Surveyed parking lot inefficiencies- Measured soft spots in the underlying asphalt- Quantified concrete hand pours- Tracked materials and equipment- Assisted in look ahead schedules- Attended weekly meetings with DIA- Made daily activity logs

• Shadowed a pipeline project manager - contact provided at request.• Worked on the construction and reworking of utility water vaults.- Coded invoices, filled out time cards, assisted in look ahead schedules, ran bids and represented CWC at pre-bid meetings, helped write up commissioning, made an SDS book.
