About Ava Tan
Hello! I'm Ava, a display electrical engineer at Apple, working on Vision Products.I obtained my Ph.D in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley in May 2021. My Ph.D work has encompassed a wide variety of nanoscale device/semiconductor processing and fabrication techniques; electrical characterization of semiconductor devices and nonvolatile memories (FeFET, FeRAM); reliability and failure analysis of nonvolatile memories; and modeling of defect behaviors.Previously, I received my B.S in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Cornell University in May 2016, as well as a minor in Computer Science.
