As a peak seasonal sales stylist, I worked to cultivate an experience for the customer that was seamless and memorable. Whether it was helping a customer find the perfect outfit, or picking out a gift for a loved one during this holiday season, I am dedicated to providing good service and a positive and engaging environment. It is truly important for one to be on top of trends and have product knowledge to best serve the customer, which is something I took very seriously. This hard work and dedication led me to be the highest seller in my department. I truly loved this experience and the ability to engage with others and learn more about my professional skills. I enjoyed working with others in my department and creating lasting relationships with my co-workers. This experience has helped me develop my communication and problem solving skills.

For the year of 2023, I have had the honor and privilege to serve my chapter Alpha Chi Omega at Washington State University as the Chapter President. I have learned more this past year then I ever have, and I am forever grateful. Having the honor to work with my fellow 14 executive board members, guiding them through a very successful year, as well as the 13 other chapter presidents, has been a very enriching experience. I learned valuable skills such as time-management, communication within a team as well as an organization, promoting inclusivity, delegation of tasks, and so much more.With this position I had the honor to serve on the Chapter Relations and Standards Board, where I learned confidentially, how to have tough and uncomfortable conversations, promotion of mental health, and promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion. I also had the opportunity to serve as a member of the risk management committee. In this role I learned the importance of safety and prioritized the well-being of all chapter members, and worked in compliance with university policies and guidelines.I would like to thank Christina Randal for being an amazing advisor who allowed me to spread my wings and truly make this position my own.
