Adult inpatient acute hospital role with primary focus on dysphagia, speech and language screening/informal assessment. Completed project to deliver thickened hot coffee to inpatients on modified fluids at the hospital. This involved employment of the continuous improvement approach by conducting regular audits, gathering feedback from patients and MDT including nursing staff, and updating protocols based on the feedback to ensure ongoing enhancement of service safety and quality.
