I am currently a student at Bloomsburg University and plan to graduate in May 2025. I have two current positions, one position is the Core Resident Assistant position at Bloomsburg University. Some experiences during this position is assisting the (GHD) Graduate Hall Director with various task such as dealing with stressful situations, encoding 150 BUID cards on Onity, and keeping track of 12 staff members progress. Creating the staff meeting agendas every weekly, answers telephones in a professional manner to assist residents, coworkers daily. My other current position is working at Shoprite as a clerk, I have worked in over 6 departments as well as being the opening and closing manager for one of those departments. Some experiences is working in multiple departments that require increasing responsibility, training 10 employees monthly in each of the 6 departments, an answered over 20 phone calls and dealt with customer complaints in the department I open and close. Another Position I have had before is an office assistant with the ACE program (Bloomsburg University). In this position I would answer 12-20 phones per shift to schedule interviews, Kept track of my bosses schedule/calendar, and kept a clean and friendly work environment.
