As a Customer Service Representative at Wokpok Chinese, I gained valuable skills in managing customer orders and inquiries, handling phone calls, and conducting end-of-day cash counts. Other duties included stock control and carrying out supplier transactions. My ability to listen carefully to customers and ensure accuracy in their requests improved greatly during my time in this role. Additionally, I developed strong numerical skills through handling cash transactions and counting the till at the end of the day.

As part of my internship at Boliden Tara Mines, I worked on the accounts payable team. My duties included processing invoices and performing reconciliations for different suppliers.
