Created digital twin of V2500 Thrust Reverser and Engine Mount repair processes using Simul8 software.Identified additional sales capacity of $60,000 by eliminating waste and reduced lead time by 10 days through re-allocation of current resources. Planned resource additions required for capacity to meet forecasted 2023 growth. Coordinated testing required for resistance welder qualification per AWS D17.2. Developed VBA user forms in Excel to capture event requests and improvement ideas.
