• Proactively identify and assess technical talent for Computer Aid and its clients. • Perform professional/technical and non-technical recruiting activities by identifying candidates for US Job openings, as assigned by my US recruiter counterpart.• Source candidates through the use of Talent Acquisition Tools, Boolean searches, user groups, networking, and web sourcing.• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements• Work closely with US Recruiters to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies Aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals• Generate a high-volume, high-quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines for multiple Corporate Recruiters.• Maintains accurate, timely documentation and tracking information of requirements assigned.

• Manage accounts and implement the full lifecycle of the recruitment process from sourcing to on-boarding stage. This includes finding suitable match on candidate’s skills and experience to the client’s requirement; interviewing applicants to verify suitability to a particular job; arrange interview schedules with project managers and US hiring managers; conduct reference checks on selected candidates; process on-boarding requirements of hired candidates.• Maintain current information on market sources and market rates of different IT positions and skills.• Build network and develop a professional relationship with various resources to maintain pipeline of active candidates appropriate to business unit requirements. • Keep abreast of government/civilian contracts and associated regulation and policies.• Expand and update the company’s database of candidates.• Stay up to date with Government rules and regulations pertaining to recruiting practices and ensure compliance with it• Maintains Applicant Tracking Systems and Job Boards.• Maintains accurate, timely documentation and tracking information of requirements, and projects assigned.• Attends to job fairs and/or networking events.
