My name is Ava and I am a freshman business student. I have worked part-time at restaurants since I was a sophomore in high school. From these jobs I have developed knowledge in computer applications such as Resy and Open Table, cooperation, teamwork, and delegation. I have experience with phone calls between customers, resolving conflicts, and ensuring customers have an optimal experience at their location.
