I am working as Account Payable administrator. Working daily using SAP and workflow to validate and code invoices working specifically with Ireland, Romania, Czech Republic, Estonia and Georgia. My role includes:-sorting of AP inbox distributing statements, credit notes, invoices into admin and reps folders.-daily use of Sap and workflow to validate and code invoices before being paid.-working one on one with each countries representative and assisting them with any invoices, backlogs and requirements.-posting of YAs for Ryanair’s banking sector via sap.

As a retail sales assistant in an extremely busy work environment I am required to be present and helpful at all times. My roles within the work place include:- Frequently stocking the shelves. - Constantly rotating stock and wasting out of date items.- Assisting customers with any questions they may have and maintaining an excellent customer service. -Communicating information between customers, fellow staff members and ManagementCurrent working department is EPOS, which includes price checking, point of sale merchandise, cycle changeover.

Myself along with my partner set up Spin Bling as part of our final year Capstone Project. We found a problem and a gap in the market and created the silent spinning ring which is both fashionable as well as being beneficial in times of stress and worry. By creating this business we stepped into the world of creating a company from the beginning, the marketing aspects, business canva models as well as developing a heap of new skills. This opportunity has been incredible for my developing my marketing knowledge and skills.

I started with compass in the Aviva stadium working during match days in the executive lounges serving food and drink, on a zero hour contract. I was later offered an interview for their Dublin Airport Executive lounge.My main roles within Compass included:-Checking customers into the lounge taking boarding passes, ID and all required forms-Assisting customers to dedicated seating-Serving food and drink-Fully trained Barista

I started with Aramark working on a zero hour contract fulfilling a number of roles in a highly busy environment. I was based in Croke Park Stadium working on both match days but also during corporate events that were held here. My roles included:-Working behind a bar serving alcohol and drinks to over 500+ people throughout the course of a couple of hours-Prepping the room before events by setting the room to appropriate theme, setting tables, placing name cards-Serving food and drinks via cashier handling both cash and card-Assisting customers with any needs they may have in a professional manner.
