I entered in the education field in 2011 as an intern and since then I have worked as an assistant, head teacher in both private and public schools, and currently I am the Pedagogical Coordinator for Elementary Education in a bilingual school.During this time, I took a break from education, moved to the United States, and opened my own company. I worked in personalized shopping, customer service, and managed the company by myself from 2020 to 2022. I handled tasks such as spreadsheet management, invoicing, payments, and mediation between stores and clients. I've had a dynamic entrepreneurial journey in the USA, where I leveraged social media to revolutionize my business's marketing strategies. By harnessing platforms like Instagram and Facebook, I was able to significantly amplify our brand's visibility and engagement. Through targeted campaigns, compelling content, and strategic use of analytics, I navigated the digital landscape to attract a broader audience and drive sales. This experience not only transformed our marketing approach but also underscored the pivotal role of social media in modern business growth.When I returned to Brazil, I taught English classes and returned to the field of education. However, I am always in search of new opportunities and chances for growth, especially with opportunities to use English more in my daily life. In my current position as Pedagogical Coordinator, I deal with parents by managing agendas, messages, event confirmations, and mediating conflicts between parents and the school. I also handle pedagogical matters, mediate conflicts, manage behavior, and make adaptations for better teaching quality for students. In addition, I analyze pedagogical planning, hold individual and group pedagogical meetings with teachers, assist with bilingual programs and activities, organize events, and mediate conflicts. I work well in a team, I am able to delegate tasks, I am organized, creative, and able to accept my colleagues' ideas and find ways to ensure that the final product is always the best for the company.
