PROJECT : All New THAR  Responsible for Chassis , suspension ,steering system architecture finalization. Conducting design calculation for first time right approach.  Design verification/review with multiple stakeholders. Prototype validation & concern resolution (Build/NOVA-C/RGA).  Strong participation in performance enhancement DOEs like steering effort, Returnability, vehicle handling, IMCR,WCR etc.ACHIEVEMENTS :-  3UJ Layout design for best in class steering performance. Steering column design for 4 star GNCAP ratings. HPS-Tuner hose design for best in class NVH.

PROJECT :- Steering column & I-shaft design :: Multiple OEMs  Managing of all phases of the design of products i.e. RFQ feasibility, conceptualization, Prototyping.  Conduct design review with internal customers, suppliers etc. SPOC for technical discussion with OEMs counter parts. Active participation in DVP preparation & reviews. Strong participation in IATF audits & VAVE activities.ACHIEVEMENTS :-  Steering column design for 4-star GNCAP ratings. Steering I-shaft design with best in class lash and sliding performance.

PROJECT :- Solenoid valves design :: Multiple OEMs Designing solenoid valves to comply with SOR requirements. 3D modeling & drafting of solenoid valve. DVP & DVP&R preparation. Bench-marking & Reverse Engineering for design optimization.ACHIEVEMENT :- PATENT FILED: NOISE DAMPENING MODULE FOR A VACUUM MODULATOR
