As a founder, I used to be a chronic overthinker and perfectionist. Somatic intelligence has helped me to move from feeling stuck to being able to lead with authenticity with greater presence. What’s unique about Somatic Intelligence is that it is a method of using neuroscience, movement & breathwork to:✔️ Connect with our own emotions, sensations and experiences deeply✔️ Make room for growth & new experiencesThis empowers people in navigating work challenges & personal relationships with a deeper connection to their values, and with greater clarity and authenticity. Many clients have shared with me that I am an intuitive coach who has helped them to find their voice and confidence in navigating life and career transitions. Some shared that they have tried talk therapy or mindset coaching that didn’t quite resonate with them. After working with me over a number of sessions, they are energised about the future, lead with authenticity & be able to pursue what they truly want.I also serve as a coach & facilitator for non-profit organisations. My stint leading NVPC's Company of Good Fellowship has shaped the way I see volunteering that is sustainable & impactful. It brings me joy to hold space & facilitate conversations with humans from all walks of life.
