I am a researcher in the Oxford Precision Psychiatry Lab (OxPPL), involved in conducting systematic reviews and meta-analyses in anxiety, depression and psychosis as a part of the GALENOS Project, funded by the Wellcome Trust. I have been involved in the development of machine learning approaches in mental health research.My research interests include evaluating the clinical utility of AI and digital technology for the monitoring and treatment of symptoms in individuals living with mental illness, as well as assessing patients’ ability and motivation to engage in digital care/research.Prior to arriving in Oxford, I worked at the Krembil Centre for Neuroinformatics at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. My research consisted of working with multimodal and longitudinal real-world datasets and developing people-centered AI & digital tech-enabled solutions.I completed my Honors Bachelor of Science (HBSc) in Life Science in 2023 from McMaster University. I conducted an honors undergraduate thesis at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton in the Schizophrenia and Community Integration Service. The focus of my research was to assess the feasibility and acceptability of digital technology use in individuals with schizophrenia.
