I am currently a senior at the University of Iowa, pursuing a major in Enterprise Leadership and earning a Certificate in Leadership Studies. I am a highly motivated and curious person that is dedicated to putting 100% effort into whatever I do while exceeding all expectations. My eagerness to learn motivates me to acquire new skills and achieve in whatever I do, both professionally and personally. I've learned a variety of professional skills over the years, which I have implemented into my life. My academic experience studying enterprise leadership has been transformative for me, altering my professional approach and leadership mindset. The curriculum has given me a strong foundation in innovative thinking, problem solving, strategic planning, and business consulting skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team. My present job as a Leasing Agent and Community Assistant has given me the vital abilities I need in any professional setting. I exceeded customer expectations by creating a warm and welcoming environment for any prospective resident who walks through the doors. I have also learned the importance of effective problem solving which is a big part of my job. The past few years at the University of Iowa have been a period of growth and learning, and I am very excited about my future endeavors and all of the opportunities that will await me after graduation.
