As Firm Director, I lead the organization in managing all operational aspects. My role includes strategically interviewing, selecting, and overseeing the executive board and new agency members. I also play an active role in strengthening relationships with our current clients across the Auburn and Opelika, AL areas.I conduct weekly meetings where I provide detailed updates on the progress of our 10 clients and overall financial matters to the agency’s membership. In addition, I coordinate and deliver specialized training for agency members in areas such as AP style, digital design, leadership development, and client management.Managing a portfolio of 10 accounts, I ensure efficient project execution and nurture strong client-agency relationships. I also engage with key stakeholders, including Auburn University Deans, advisors, donors, and legal counsel, to support the continued growth and success of The Oaks Agency.

As the social media manager for Auburn University’s School of Communication and Journalism, I am responsible for creating and executing digital strategies that engage our audience and highlight the accomplishments of the school. I manage content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, to promote department events, student achievements, and faculty work. Through a combination of creative storytelling, analytics, and engagement, I aim to create a strong online community that reflects the successes of Auburn CMJN. My role also allows me to collaborate with faculty and students, enhancing the program’s visibility and impact.I previously worked as the social media manager for Auburn University’s ROTC program. I was responsible for creating and managing content that highlighted the dedication and achievements of the cadets and staff. During my time in the role, I promoted events, training exercises, and community engagement efforts, helping to build a strong online presence. My work contributed to increased visibility for the program and helped communicate its values and mission to a broader audience.

With strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail, I work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. As a member of PRSSA, I attend weekly meetings and actively engage in opportunities to develop my skills in public relations, networking, and leadership. I participate in professional development workshops, collaborate with peers on PR-related projects, and connect with industry professionals through events and guest speakers. My involvement helps me stay informed about trends in the PR industry while building a portfolio of work and expanding my network for future career opportunities.
