My name is Ava Kemp, and I am a freshman at the University of Kansas pursuing a major in accounting. It is a pleasure to attend the Business School at KU as I am from just outside of Lawrence, and the University of Kansas has always been my dream school.I had the privilege to work as one of the opening baristas at the Starbucks in Bonner Springs, Kansas. I worked at Crumbl Cookies where I had multiple positions. I worked at both Starbucks and Crumbl Cookies for around a year each. Currently, I am working as a barista at the Nordstrom E-bar. On campus, I am involved in the Alpha Chi Omega sorority.I am a hardworking and competitive individual seeking opportunities where I can learn and grow! I am passionate about forming connections with individuals, problem-solving, and helping others.
