As the owner I am responsible for the quality of work and ensuring that clients books are completed in a timely and accurate way. We handle day to day invoice entries, billingl, tax remittances, WCB, payroll, T4s, bank, loan and credit card reconciliations.I ensure that the clients get the reports they require and assist them in business decisions.

Responsible for tracking government student loans and grants and completing reports for provincial and federal government as required by the agencies involved. Payroll, remittances, AR, AP. Worked with the President of college on budgets for programs and departments. Oversaw 2 other staff in the accounting department.Also taught part of the Financial.

Daily cash reconciliation of up to 20 servers per day. Bank deposits, reconciling in the good old manual way! Set up computerized payroll from a manual system for 60 employees. Converted manual accounting system to a computerized system. Daily GL postings manually until the computerized system was in place.
