Performing basic accounting function using Focus ERP.Preparing Invoices from Goods Despatch Note (GDN), attaching documentation support and mailing to customers.Recording and maintaining Purchase Vouchers from Material Receipt Note (MRN) and following up with the Procurement and Logistics departments for the same.Preparing payments vendors, cheque printing and getting signatures from signatories. Maintain files for the accounting departments.
