Head of a 15 people IT organization responsible for all IT platforms, applications, operations and projects in Russia & Ukraine. Accountable for the budget and IT services provided to 1,500 employees across 5 sites in 2 countries.Responsible for the design and realization of the local IT Strategy, aligned both with the Global IT Vision and the local business requirements. Main objective: value generation via state of the art & robust technologies for the Russian & Ukrainian businesses.Main accomplishments:➢ Successful 8 months migration of all Helpdesk, local systems support & IT Infrastructure to one global third party provider (Infosys). This resulted in a 30% cost reduction of IT support spend and a 95% SLA compliance by the end of 2016. IT services were maintained during the transition and no major disruptions occurred, this resulted in a 90% customer satisfaction survey by the end of the project.➢ One year record time implementation of all globally aligned Sales Operations technologies (SFA, CRM, APO/DP, S&OP, BI & eCommerce PIM), making the Russian business the first truly “Connected Company” in the RB World. In direct partnership with RB Russia's Senior Vice President and using the “Connected Company” technologies, RB Russia designed innovative business programs as part of its commercial strategy:- 100% Promotional Compliance across Russia’s Top 5 retailers- eCommerce foundations to win in content & search- 10% Must Stock List improvement vs PY across the top 10,000 pharmacies & stores- 100% Trade Spend visibility & customer planning across all of RB Russia’s direct customers➢ Founder of the first IT Management Trainee program in Russia, the program’s ongoing mission is to scout, mentor and develop young Russian talent into potential future IT leaders.

Lead of a state of the art iPad based CRM & SFA (Nexxus MI) implementation across Latin America as part of RB’s fast expansion into the consumer health business in the region.Main accomplishments:➢ Coordination of a 12 people cross functional team composed by Project Managers, Sales Managers and developers across Latin America.➢ On cost and on scope programme delivery across Latin America’s top markets (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia & Chile) in a record time of 7 months.➢ This programme tracked and measured the daily product display, product distribution and promotional activities of 600 Sales Representatives across 25,000+ pharmacies. The visibility and compliance management of these activities was a key factor for RB LATAM to overachieve sales targets.➢ LATAM was the pilot region for this programme - its successful implementation and commercial results triggered its rapid expansion across all power markets, gaining a status of Global Tool.

Founding member of the Oracle Applications Labs team - main responsibilities and accomplishments:➢ Global support to Oracle's internal ERP (E-Business Suite) Supply Chain operations, including Cost Management and Order Fulfillment modules. Responsible for giving a prompt root cause analysis and resolution to issues filed by worldwide business users.➢ Named Team leader of the Cost Management support team after 6 months of joining the company. Led a team of 3 IT Consultants, achieving 100% SLA of Priority 1 & 2 issues during 14 consecutive months.
