Using somatic practices, the Enneagram, vertical development principles, and other tools, I help clients understand what motivates them, what blocks them, and how to create new ways of being that serve who they are today and who they want to be in the future. I coach clients individually as well as in teams; develop and facilitate strategy meetings, communications workshops, culture workshops; and run conflict management interventions.
