I have had a career of attending to the needs of the general public, while performing various tasks required in my positions held. I enjoy people so it is my pleasure. Whether as an Entrepreneur, in Property Management, or working in Finance and Mortgages. I can say throughout all of the positions I've held, what has been consistent is that I have been deemed as a valuable asset to the company. The contributions in my work and personality is a bonus. My contributions didn't go unnoticed. Understanding what was asked of me and completing those tasks with proficiency is my goal and for those achievements I was shown appreciation for a job well done. My achievements in finance were that I was awarded a certificates for processing with accuracy and an increased volume of loan files that all others in my department. I also was awarded with bonuses and raises for the amount of money I saved the company by catching missed errors in monthly PMI premiums. I also received wonderful accolades from the tenants, vendors and my colleagues as a Property Management Assistant for a jobs well done for my overall performance that resulted in bonuses and appreciation lunches.
