Project: Design and pitch the construction plan for a new two-story, 22,500 sq ft Microbrewery that complies with the international building code/ADA qualifications and looks aesthetically appealing to a potential buyer. ▪ Created site layouts and 3D renderings using AutoCAD and Revit with accompanying occupancy loads, electrical/ventilation/roofing/elevator fixtures, and minimum criteria for an A-2 Building Occupancy. ▪ Complied with the IBC (International Building Code): means of egress, construction type (IIA for this project), requirements for exits, stairs, handrails, door openings, elevators, sanitary means, parking, and each of the diverse occupancies established in the building.▪ Designed appealing interior design job: appropriate desks, tables, chairs, restrooms, and décor.▪ Produced cost estimate to account for materials, labor, and designing services each occupancy section. Results: Created full building design presentation: AutoCAD & Revit renderings, cost, design justifications.
