• Acted as Vice President of Research, responsible for study guidance, ideation, and troubleshooting of research roadblocks for over 25 members, across 10 active studies• Led two research studies, one of which from its inception, by actively directing a team of three lab members through each stage of the research process; posters presented at the 2021 Association for Psychological Science (APS) Convention• Engaged in one-on-one consulting sessions with undergraduate students as part of the Consulting Project, a volunteer service that aims to help 100+ students a semester with academic and professional pain points• Founded the New Member Study Program, a training initiative that mentors and guides new lab members as they begin their own research project

• Worked as a Data Annotator in the Intelligent Health Lab (i-Heal), a research initiative aimed at bridging the gap between machine learning and patient care• Analyzed still images of ICU patients, identifying minute facial features and expressions indicative of pain or discomfort. Annotations are compiled and then used to train machine learning (ML) models to detect delirium and quantify pain

· Served as an HR generalist and talent acquisition partner for Evergreen, a real estate investment firm · Prescreened and interviewed candidates for positions across all functions of the business, and coordinated with upper management to select new talent· Transformed and facilitated the onboarding program for new hires at Evergreen, following industry best practices to streamline and optimize the training and provisioning process
