• Responsible for day to day management of all direct/indirect materials and services requisitions for our facilities in the region.• Manage day to day buying activities.• Coordinate with Global direct/indirect Procurement on projects and strategies.• Handle supplier relationships and negotiations.• Support streamlining efforts on procurement process.• Support daily order fulfilment process thru EIPS system.• Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.• Creation of Purchase Order in SAP system based on requisitions of respective department from CMMS System.

Market Research Analyst •Develop strong, compelling, creative and effective concepts to customer.•Analyze market trends; implement proactive promotional programs; organize presentation materials.•Coordinate with fragrance development, R&D and other regional centers to develop new and innovative fragrances.•Responsible for all project management activities pertaining to market research.•Arrange and schedule all market research projects with the various categories in Symrise Asia Pacific.•Collate/organize and prepare data for analysis-at this juncture, is responsible for converting all raw data into summary tabular data.•Coordinate with all country managers and market research representatives with regards to market research activities.•Assist in the preparation and presentation of market research results to internal clients.•Conduct research effectively and efficiently using a range of sources of business-related materials including books, official statistics and Internet.•Ability to work together effectively, efficiently and co-operatively as a team member and, when appropriate, organize, guide and motivate other team members.•An openness to new ideas and an awareness that in many situations there is a range of alternatives which should be evaluated.•Customer Service Executive •Promote new fragrances and determine the selling price to customer. •Determine fragrance mark-up according to customer’s estimated quantity. •Coordinate the daily sales orders from customers and to ensure that the timely delivery as per first confirmation date given by customers are met.•Work with respective country managers to ensure sales order forecasts are updated in the system and monitor urgent orders to meet their deadlines.•Work with planners to determine the date for sales orders received based on availability of raw materials for confirmed sales orders.•Provide various monthly scorecard reports on sales orders.

•Responsible for daily operational activities to ensure that disputes and chargebacks are properly initiated.•Provide assistance on daily activities and exception reports error rates and ensuring compliance to HSBC procedures and guideline.•Investigate customer queries to ensure timely responses to their requests.•Provide administrative and logistical support to credit cards operations.•Liaise with respective local and foreign bank or Visa and MasterCard International pertaining to Pre-arbitration and Arbitration.•Make investigations into dispute or chargeback transactions and ensure best practices are adopted.•Participate in UAT projects or new business initiatives.•Responsible for the whole cycle of chargeback (Visa and MasterCard) for Singapore and BSB (eg Dispute, Representation, first & second Chargeback, Pre-arbitration, Arbitration and Pre-compliance).

•Responsible for the processing and checking of daily operational transactions and facilities.•Ensure prompt payment to HSBC merchants through processing of manual and electronic sales drafts.•Provide assistance in delivering management information, statistics and reports.•Attend promptly to customer queries and ensure timely responses to their requests while maintaining instructions.•Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customer enquiries on discrepancy.
