Provide a consultancy role to departments within WG on how to engage with under-represented groups,. Assist in the development of a strategy to create a pipeline from all public, private and third sector organisations that in time will yield applications from diverse groups . Assist in the development of an outreach plan that will focus in particular on disabled and ethnic minority candidates in alignment to our targets but will also include other groups as indicated in the Delivery Plan (including those from lower socio economic backgrounds). Utilise diversity contacts to spread the message further and outline the different initiatives in place, of which teams can choose the best suited to their needs.
