I work as a Youth Service Worker at Tanager, and I am a Senior at Coe College. I have a passion to help people in need, and an interest in Social Work. My degree will be in Social and Criminal Justice, and Psychology. In my time at Tanager, I have been named Youth Service Worker of the month, have been able to help with multiple crisis situations, and have provided support for dozens of Youth with mental health struggles and intellectual disabilities. In this role, I have developed and mastered skills such as Crisis Management, Conflict Resolution, Adaptability, Mentoring, Emotional Intelligence, Attentiveness, and Nonverbal Communication.
