1. Creating the teaching plan and developed new methodologies for the teaching2. Developing individualized instruction and multimedia presentations where applicable. Selecting or approving textbooks and learning materials.A) The teaching of assigned courses, including: ensuring student awareness of course objectives, approach and evaluationtechniques.(B) Carrying out regularly scheduled instruction; tutoring and academic counseling's of students.(C) providing a learning environment which makes effective use of available resources, work experience and evaluating student progress/achievement, assuming responsibility for the overallassessment of the students’ work within assigned courses.(D)providing guidance to Instructors relative to the Instructor’s teaching assignments, participating in the work of curriculum and other consultative committees as requested.

Research• Conducting substantive research into complex problems, ideas, concepts or theories.• Developing a body of outstanding quality publications in well recognized peer reviewed outlets.• Initiating and developing links with internal contacts such as academics in interdisciplinary departments/institutes/centers, external contacts at other educational institutions,employers and professional organisations to actively foster collaboration• Presenting research papers at national and international conferences• Contributing to the enhancement of quality in teaching within the department• Teaching and examining undergraduate students.• Acting as personal adviser and providing pastoral care as mentor.• Paper setter and paper correction.• Actively contributing to departmental teaching administration.
