I am an aspiring Human Resources professional and junior Business Management major at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where I have developed a strong foundation in business administration and management principles. I am a dedicated and driven student, recognized on the Dean's List and inducted into the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society.Currently, I am gaining hands-on experience as a People and Culture Intern at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. In this role, I support the Talent Acquisition department by assisting in various stages of the recruitment process, such as resume and phone screenings.
