This role provides me an opportunity to create curriculum and content to develop entrepreneurial mindsets for youth studying in government based institutions. It includes training the teachers to implement the curriculum in their classrooms.

My role consists of onboarding and managing volunteers. I connect, build and maintain relationships with partners organizations, school teachers and Principal. It also involves conducting classroom observations and effective debriefs to strengthen the programme. I look into data management and certain aspects of Monitoring & Evaluation.

It was a rich experience. I handled Placements vertical, where my major role was career guidance for students from low income communities and assisting them in transition to suitable job/Internship/course. Data management was a huge part of this role.

Bangalore

In my present role, we design Content Management System (Documentum) for a Multinational Bank. We maintain and organize client's employees information and documents in a collaborative manner at a central repository. Our role also includes upgrading servers to DBaaS and Documentum versions. Also, I have worked with Service management, learning ITSM cycle and creating delivery reports with analysis.
