- Working on multiple projects in the Architecture and Interior Design segment. - Managing the design phase of projects and coordinating with the projects team during on-site executions.- Defined design standards with the goal of creating Packages for interior design projects.- Developing a Master rate chart and SOPs in agreement with our service providers to improve the TAT of vendor finalization. - Developed design manual cum checklist to ensure architecture planning is done keeping in mind the standards of MEP and interior design.- Responsible to vet the drawings and BOQs for all interior projects of Housejoy.

-Driving project leads towards conversion, my responsibilities include designing residence interiors with a mix of modular and customized design developed creatively in a theme which satisfies the client’s needs. -Preparing RFQ’s and negotiating with execution partners to finalize the project value.-Coordinating with project stakeholders from initiation to handover, ensuring the project gets executed as per the design intent and with no compromise in quality.-Managing a team of design associates, to produce detail drawings for multiple projects running across the city.

-Worked as Studio head, which included responsibilities of leading a team of junior architects and designers to guide them in the evolution of design and technical aspects of the project while developing the design process and lead the team in its implementation. -Created set of design questionnaires to act as a tool for understanding the requirements and creating the design theme.-Worked on the preparation of project design, detailed drawings, BoQ and worked as front-end for the clients.-Headed project from proposal to handover by guiding and managing coordination with all stakeholders.

-Role of an intern in KSK associates includes brainstorming project ideas, completion of design drawings and assistance in reviewing project proposals, being a part of the process from conception through development.-Working on alternate design approaches by using different materials and finishes to create the design.-Developing preliminary space plans, assisted in drawings and sketches and learned to detail under supervision.

The first experience of working in an Architecture office taught about real-time planning of spaces and working on intricate details and elements. The role was more of working on details rather than working on the whole project.
