Led the award-winning project 'WasteEnd' of piloting Rajasthan's first-ever community-led solid waste management system benefiting 7000 village residents and 10,000 domestic animals. Key responsibilities included project management, stakeholder collaboration, team building, workshops, digital awareness content design, and documentation.

I experienced a remarkable journey of unlearning, learning, and personal growth. Living among the rural community, I witnessed the delicate balance of ecosystems and the profound interconnection between nature and human activity. Motivated by these experiences, I took the lead in designing a community-led sustainable waste management system.With the help of my partner NGO Gram Vikas in Odisha, India, I initiated a pilot project that gained recognition and was adopted for further development. I engaged in a range of activities, including:-Conducting a comprehensive baseline survey on waste disposal practices and community perspectives through door-to-door interactions with 564 village residents.-Sensitizing and mobilizing the community through impactful awareness sessions and cleanliness drives.Performing meticulous waste audits on 138 households to evaluate waste management practices.-Establishing community dustbins and designing push carts for streamlined waste collection.Collaborating with Village Institutions to develop and implement a community-led waste collection system.-Forming an 8-member Village Level Cleanliness Committee to oversee implementation, operations, and monitoring.This fellowship has profoundly shaped my understanding of rural realities and strengthened my commitment to sustainable development.

I expanded my financial understanding of the accounting, taxation, and auditing and ventured into learning about bank loans and credit financing. Additionally, I handled the registration of public and private limited companies, statutory audits and inventory audits.

Learned firsthand the dynamics of working in a professional environment while successfully coordinating teams under pressure. Applied accounting, taxation, and auditing theories to support a diverse range of clients, including individuals, firms, private companies, and banks audits.
