I customize our product to meet specific client requirements, suggest solutions for customer pain points, and resolve emerging business issues. Additionally, I document usage guidelines for our Analytics app to meet business requirements.▪ Project Implementation at CDB Finance PLC: Currently working as the lead consultant, where I communicate with businesses to understand their processes and conduct requirement gathering, data extraction, transformation, and product configuration. ▪ System Migration of Fairfirst Insurance Limited: Collaborated with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes. As the head of AIESEC Sri Lanka's flagship product, I oversaw strategic development and managed partnerships with 43 countries and eight local branches. Amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, my role involved maintaining engagement and fostering leadership in 750 members, kick-starting CSR projects, and finding innovative ways to bring foreign volunteers to Sri Lanka, including alternative visa solutions. Additionally, I served as the national supervisor for two key projects: Nestle Youth Speak Forum and Solution for the Plastic Issue.

I led a comprehensive revamping and modernizing of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the outbound logistics division. Simultaneously, I executed several key projects to enhance operational efficiency, including the development of an automated dashboard for real-time performance tracking within the final product warehouse. Additionally, I introduced an automated order placement system, using Excel, for the packing material warehouse, streamlining processes and reducing manual efforts. These initiatives optimized workflow and boosted productivity, demonstrating my commitment to driving continuous improvement and innovation within the logistics domain.

As Head Network Manager for the Eastern Province in the 2020 Island Wide World's Largest Lesson (WLL) initiative, I conducted SDG awareness sessions in 10 schools in the Eastern province, reaching over 1,000 students from various backgrounds in the districts of Trincomalee, Batticaloa, and Ampara. In order to ensure the smooth execution of this groundbreaking educational endeavor, I was responsible for handling the logistics, permissions, transportation, and accommodation.

As the VP overseeing community service projects for Incoming Local Volunteers, AIESEC's flagship program in Sri Lanka and at the University of Moratuwa, I successfully managed 26 social projects, each led by a team leader with 8 to 14 members. Overseeing the customer experience of 125 foreign volunteers from Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, I also enhanced the leadership skills of 150 University of Moratuwa students involved in these initiatives. Despite challenges posed by the post-Easter Attack period in 2019 and financial sustainability issues, I transformed the function. By the end of my term, our branch achieved the highest number of projects in AIESEC Sri Lanka, turning a loss-making operation into a marginally profitable one.

I managed the LEAD CS event logistics, venue, inventory, and organized the event sessions. LEAD CS is the annual leadership development seminar in AIESEC in the University of Moratuwa.

I evaluated and tracked customer satisfaction of 86 foreign volunteers who worked on 14 projects. As the manager, I swiftly resolved several customer complaints and conflicts during my term. Also conducted team leader training programs for nine team leaders and supervised six projects.

I was the team leader of the project called 'I Respect You' targeted to contribute to SDG 5, gender equality. Under the project, there were 20 awareness sessions, two community surveys, one research, and one article writing. I managed a team of seven members and seven foreign volunteers in my project.

I was one of the co-founders of the ICT society in our school. Then our club conducted the first ICT day in our school, and it was the most glamorous and popular event that had happened that year.

I took the lead in restarting the club's work and conducting a science day after four years.

I led my house and 1st place for the 2nd consecutive time again with minimal resources and athletes than other houses.
