• Sourcing resumes through various channels such as databases, job sites, postings, advertisements,referrals, networking, etc.• Responsible for recruiting in contracts and full-time basis.• Negotiating the compensation packages.• Coordinate the interviews and calls between Clients and Consultants.• Follow up with my Manager and the candidates until the selected candidates get the offer letterand join the organization.• Maintaining a database on various skill sets.• Prepare and maintain Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports, and analyze recruitment statistics.

• Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease.• Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers.• Accurately record customer demographics, sales orders, or other information digitally or in written form.
