The claims flow consists of different stages which are claims loading, Claims validation, Claims Adjudication and Claims Finalization. Anthem will be processing more than 7 lakhs claims in a day. Plays a significant role working as application member in auto adjudication improvement team. Analyze the pend inventory of claims and identify the high hitter edits on the claims in adjudication.And then will provide the possible solution to improve the auto adjudication rate.

Plays a significant role working as a debit cards application member in application development. Plastic card control system is dealing with debit cards of Union Bank of California. The PCCS system provide the services like card creation, reissue, replace, transfer, set card to hot, reset pin tries and remove card status, link the one or more accounts, travel notifications, setting the POS and ATM limits based on the type of card. And PCCS system sends all the card details to FDR. So that FDR can emboss EMV card and also have all the latest information of card holders.Responsibilities:• Responsible for enhancing debit cards application.• Providing prompt response and effective solution for queries/issues from clients and Interfaces.• Prepared Unit Test Plan, low level design document, Unit Test Specification document, sign off documents, carrying out unit testing independently.• Perform debugging and unit testing and system testing referring to low level design and unit test specifications.• Provide support to higher environment (System Testing, User confidence Testing and Pilot) including handling faults raised by testers and users and carrying out various proactive maintenance activities, to minimize fault levels. • Communicating with Customers to resolve/fix the issues at a faster rate.• Finding bugs being a self-debugger and provide fix.

Plays a significant role working as a BCS-CSS-BLNG (Customer Support System - BILLING) member in Application 3rd Line Support of BT project.Responsibilities:• Responsible for enhancing and maintaining the legacy application like CSS bill production in CSS using COBOL, CICS, IDMS and VSAM, DB2..• Providing prompt response and effective solution for queries/issues from clients and Interfaces.• Work to replicate live scenarios on so as to investigate higher environment issue and thereby solve the faults and restore the system and enhancing the application based on the new requirements • Prepared Unit Test Plan, low level design document, Unit Test Specification document, sign off documents, carrying out unit testing independently.• Perform debugging and unit testing and system testing referring to low level design and unit test specifications.• Effectively fix the bugs detected in any phase of the Software Development Life Cycle and establish a proper Root cause for the defect/bug found.• Provide support to higher environment (System Testing, User confidence Testing and Pilot) including handling faults raised by testers and users and carrying out various proactive maintenance activities, to minimize fault levels. • Communicating with Customers to resolve/fix the issues at a faster rate.• Uses tools such as IBM Code coverage, COBOL code Inspector etc. • Provide inputs to improve the knowledge sharing sessions and trainings in the team.• Finding bugs being a self-debugger and provide fix.• Responsible to modify existing codes as per Customer requirements.• Communicating to customers with amiable personality.• Dealing with Incidents, Service Requests and Changes.
