It allows them to compete on a national scale, know where they lack and provide best in class personalized learning experience to help them prepare better for all category of exams.Tasks Undertaken: Currently leading a team across 8 States responsible for the following:-Streamlining entire Online Sales process starting from demand generation to post sale satisfaction.-Defining and setting up targets in line with company's yearly revenue target-Heading customer escalations team-Coordination with offline partners to create a referral network and generate online demand-Heading online affiliate marketing to push organic online sales (Youtube/Facebook/Instagram/Telegram/TikTok)-Ensuring there is minimum time lag between customer feedback and change in product offering
