Environmental manager role I take care of over all environmental action planning of business unit Finland to reach Bonava's ambitious enviromental targets. I am also resposible of reporting business unit Finland environmental key figures. I am personally resposible some of development tasks too. The seven electrical engineers in my team designed unique industrial drives to meet our customer’s needs. Team is supported sales and production in technical matters. My job was to secure 100 % on-time-delivery and quality of the product design. I also implemented the company strategy to my team’s work.

I was responsible of China and South-Korea areas low voltage frequency converter for wind turbine application sales support. I worked in close cooperation with local sales teams and coordinate needed activities with R&D and local production.

My main task was leading and coordinating R&D projects of low voltage frequency converter for wind turbine application. My project team had members from Finland, Estonia and China. The team members were experts in power electronics main circuit, electrical and mechanical engineering.

I designed drives' mechanics to wind power plants. Mostly this means sheet metal and bus bar design but also heat calculations and simulations. I worked from May 2010 to April 2011 at ABB Drives Beijing office as co-operation project with Chinese mechanical engineers.

My master thesis title was Mechanical Design Considerations in Modularization of Handheld Device Architecture and I did it at Nokia research center advanced mechanics department.
